Job summary

Cotality is seeking a Client Account Services Professional to act as the primary bridge between clients and internal product/engineering teams. You will configure and tailor Cotality applications to fit client workflows while communicating progress and risks clearly.

In this role, you’ll own end-to-end troubleshooting, requirements engineering, and project leadership, coordinating across Account Management, DBA, Product Development, and Systems Engineering to ensure reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1-3 years working experience in product implementation, technical or client support role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to parse client requests.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into actionable tasks for internal product and engineering teams.
• Configure and fine-tune Cotality applications to meet client workflows.
• Manage expectations and deliver professional, clear updates on complex technical issues.
• Diagnose why a solution isn't working and coordinate internal resources to fix it.
• Gather client requirements and convert them into precise technical specifications for developers and DBAs.
• Own the end-to-end problem-to-resolution pipeline ensuring performance and data integrity.
• Perform ongoing configurations and updates to evolve the software for clients.
• Lead application change projects using project management frameworks.
• Identify technical or timeline risks and create mitigation plans.
• Serve as the central hub connecting Account Management, DBA, Product Development, and System Engineering.
