  • Strategic Communication: You are responsible for managing expectations and delivering professional, clear updates on complex technical issues.
  • Problem Solving: Using critical thinking to diagnose why a solution isn't working and determining which internal resources are needed to fix it.
  • Requirements Engineering: You act as a translator, gathering raw business needs from clients and converting them into precise technical specifications for developers and database admins.
  • End‑to‑End Troubleshooting: You own the "problem‑to‑resolution" pipeline, diagnosing deep‑seeded issues and ensuring the final fix meets performance and data integrity standards.
  • Application Lifecycle Management: Beyond initial setup, you perform ongoing configurations and updates to ensure the software evolves alongside the client's business.
  • Technical Project Leadership: You lead application change projects, using project management frameworks to track statuses, hit deadlines, and keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Strategic Risk Management: You proactively identify potential technical or timeline risks, creating "Plan B" mitigation strategies before issues impact the client.
  • Cross‑Functional Orchestration: You serve as the central hub connecting Account Management, DBA, Product Development, and System Engineering to ensure everyone is pulling in the same direction.
