Job summary

Cotality is hiring for a Technical Support role to handle inbound inquiries and act as an extension of our client teams. You will collaborate with Client Success, Product and Sales to resolve complex issues and maintain SLA commitments.

The role requires 3+ years in technical or customer support, with real estate/mortgage industry experience preferred. Expect a thorough, multi-system environment and a focus on customer advocacy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of technical and/or customer support experience.
• Experience in real estate/mortgage/appraisal industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound technical inquiries on behalf of client, acting as an extension of our client.
• Support top-tier clients with more stringent SLA requirements.
• Interact with clients and Users to review complex issues via calls and meetings.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Product and Sales on escalations.
• Provide advanced first and second level support for customer issues; escalate as needed.
