Job summary

Cotality is seeking a Professional, Client Account Services specialist to bridge client needs with product and engineering teams. You will configure applications, manage client communications, and ensure end‑to‑end problem resolution to support complex technical workflows.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in product implementation or client support, strong communication, and a background in SQL or programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
• 1-3 years of working experience in product implementation, technical or client support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; including the ability to parse out the required details from client requests.
• Technical project management/coordination skills.
• Ability to immediately adapt to changing requirements and conditions.
• Ability to understand client's business needs/requirements and effectively communicate issues to a range of audience members.
• Familiarity with real estate concepts is considered an asset.
• Experience with SQL and/or programming language.

Responsibilities

• Technical Liaison: act as the primary bridge translating client needs into actionable tasks for internal teams.
• Application Configuration: configure and fine‑tune Cotality applications to meet client workflows.
• Strategic Communication: manage expectations and deliver updates on complex technical issues.
• Problem Solving: diagnose why a solution isn't working and identify needed internal resources.
• Requirements Engineering: translate client needs into precise technical specs for developers and DBAs.
• End‑to‑End Troubleshooting: own the problem‑to‑resolution pipeline.
• Application Lifecycle Management: perform ongoing configurations and updates as software evolves.
• Technical Project Leadership: lead application change projects using PM frameworks to track status.
• Strategic Risk Management: identify risks and create mitigation plans.
• Cross‑Functional Orchestration: connect Account Management, DBA, Product Development, and System Engineering.
