Responsibilities

• Supervise the work of a team of client service specialists.
• Direct workflow and monitor workload to ensure client inquiries are addressed promptly.
• Train new client service staff in support policies and procedures.
• Create and distribute documented resolutions for common client service issues.
• Provide direct support to assigned accounts and escalated issues.
