• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and develop product knowledge; adhere to policies and procedures.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution; handle branch demands.
