Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer service–oriented associate to deliver a distinctive client experience at a branch location in the United States. The role emphasizes outbound outreach, assisting with account transactions, and promoting digital banking solutions.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2 years of teller or service experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Weekend/extended hours may be required, with potential travel for staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with a courteous conversation and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by participating in client outreach and matching needs to appropriate team members.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance personal and product knowledge through trainings and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls, operations procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
