Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time Retail Client Service associate in the United States. You will deliver a high-quality client experience, process transactions, and advise on digital banking tools while supporting sales and IRM activities.

Must have a high school diploma and 2+ years in teller or client service roles, with strong interpersonal skills and PC proficiency. Weekend/longer hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and handle transactions.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications including MS Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools (ATMs, Online, Mobile).
• Assist with outbound client outreach and identify needs or opportunities.
• Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
