Job summary

Eurofins USA Clinical Diagnostics in Centennial, CO is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support laboratory clients. You will handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, document client information, and serve as the primary, courteous contact to address requests and build strong relationships.

Key duties include SSR management, order and reporting support, requisition updates, and maintaining accurate records in LabVantage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in biology or chemistry preferred.
• 2-4 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls and emails; document client information.
• Act as primary contact for assigned clients; build positive relationships.
• Manage SSRs from intake to resolution and ensure proper documentation.
• Support order and reporting workflows and assist with corrected report workflows.
• Assist with requisition updates, archive workflows, and maintain LabVantage updates.
• Coordinate with testing departments and internal teams; escalate complex issues.
• Adhere to Eurofins Quality Management System and data security standards.
