Job summary

Eurofins USA Clinical Diagnostics is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support our assigned clients through phone and email inquiries, SSR management, and accurate documentation. You will provide courteous, timely service, document client information, and coordinate with testing departments to ensure timely results.

In this role, you will monitor SSRs, support order workflows, and maintain LabVantage updates while adhering to quality systems and data security standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED proven.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time, multi-task, and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound client calls and emails with active listening.
• Document client information accurately and maintain SSRs from intake to resolution.
• Coordinate with testing departments to support orders and reports.
• Maintain LabVantage updates and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
