Job summary

• Strong customer service mindset with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of required information and manage account relationships.
• Coordinate with posting clerk and Transportation Team for vehicle charges and transportation.
• Prepare sale vehicle run process and follow up on vehicle preparation for sale.
• Balance sales and assist post-sale invoicing with accounting.
• Produce various reports and maintain electronic customer vehicle files.
