Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 3 years in a related field, or equivalent combination.
• 5 years in a related field also acceptable; automotive/auction familiarity preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned commercial accounts and vendors.
• Maintain accurate customer records and monitor account activity in auction systems.
• Process run lists, sale prep documents, and post-sale reports.
• Coordinate pre-sale and post-sale activities for consignors and clients.
• Verify ownership, titles, and required paperwork for compliance.
• Generate and distribute operational reports and perform data analysis.
