Responsibilities include managing the redemption office, scheduling vehicle pickups, and ensuring documentation while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Generally less than 2 years of related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to build strong business relationships with clients.
• Problem solving and de-escalation skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage redemption office and escalate high-level issues as needed.
• Coordinate redemptions, schedule vehicle pickups, and ensure proper documentation.
• Receive and process payments including money orders and cashier’s checks.
• Operate tools and equipment as needed (jump boxes, tire air pumps).
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to post charges and assist collections.
• Prepare and audit sale vehicle runs, including scheduling and notices.
• Communicate with clients to align expectations and ensure audit readiness.
• Generate file jackets for client audits with condition reports and invoices.
