Responsibilities

• Manage the redemption office and escalate high-level issues to management.
• Coordinate redemptions, schedule vehicle pickup, facilitate payments, and documentations.
• Receive and process payments, including money orders and cashier’s checks.
• Coordinate run processes, audits, and invoicing with clients.
• Build positive client relationships and educate clients on processes.
