Job summary

Manheim is seeking a Commercial Services Specialist I to serve as the primary contact for resolving client issues within the assigned market center, coordinating with national sales, auction reps, and CAI platforms.

You will manage redemption operations, coordinate redemptions, process payments, post charges, and work with Accounts Receivable to pursue collections while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Typically <2 years in related field.
• Strong verbal and written skills required.
• Ability to build strong business relationships.
• Problem solving and de-escalation skills required.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, AS400, Workbench and Excel a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key contact for client issues with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate redemption office activities and escalate issues when needed.
• Process payments and manage documentation with accuracy.
• Coordinate scheduling, pickups, and communications with customers.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to post charges and assist collections.
• Educate clients on auction processes and company products.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide professional service.
