• Must be able to operate adding machines and other office equipment (copier, fax, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to numerous account holders and proactively identify enhancement opportunities.
• Run and analyze reports for trends and compliance to ensure accurate client servicing.
• Coordinate vehicle sales processes, including run orders, scheduling, notices to customers, and invoicing.
• Liaise between clients and auction departments to ensure smooth operations and accurate postings.
