Job summary

Blitt and Gaines, P.C. is seeking a Client Services Support Representative to review assigned accounts, determine the next steps, and process closures, settlements, and special-handling claims in a compliant, timely manner.

You will work with internal teams to ensure accuracy and follow established workflows, while adapting to evolving client needs and procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with computers, data-entry systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Prior experience in client services, administrative support, account review, or similar detail-oriented roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review accounts and determine the next appropriate action quickly and accurately.
• Apply proper coding and documentation for closures, settlements, and special handling matters.
• Process settlement approvals, documentation updates, and follow-up actions within required timelines.
• Handle account closures, including verifying eligibility and updating system statuses.
• Manage special-handling claims per client-specific instructions and regulatory compliance.
• Follow documented procedures to apply coding and process steps consistently.
• Navigate multiple software systems, screens, and workflow tools.
• Maintain required accuracy, productivity, and quality benchmarks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and management to resolve issues or clarify instructions.
• Communicate discrepancies or clarifications to supervisors.
• Participate in team training sessions and process-improvement efforts.
