Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review accounts from queues or batches and determine the next action quickly and accurately.
• Apply proper coding and documentation based on established workflows for closures and settlements.
• Process settlement approvals and updates within required timelines.
• Handle account closures, verifying eligibility and updating statuses.
• Manage special-handling claims per client instructions and compliance.
• Follow procedures and training materials to ensure consistent steps.
• Navigate multiple software systems and tools efficiently.
• Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and management to resolve issues.
• Communicate discrepancies or questions to supervisors.
