Qualifications

• Prior experience in client services or detail-oriented roles is preferred.
• Reliability and consistent attendance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review accounts and determine the next action quickly and accurately.
• Apply coding and documentation based on workflows for closures and settlements.
• Process settlement approvals, updates, and follow-up actions on time.
• Handle account closures and update system statuses accordingly.
• Manage special-handling claims following client instructions and compliance.
• Follow procedures to apply steps consistently across workflows.
• Navigate multiple software systems and tools efficiently.
• Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and management to resolve issues.
• Communicate discrepancies or clarifications to supervisors clearly.
