The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of adapting to evolving client needs and internal updates while collaborating with operations and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Proficiency with computers, data-entry systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience in client services or detail-oriented roles preferred.
• Strong reliability and consistent attendance essential.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with updates and changes.

Responsibilities

• Review accounts and determine next action per processes.
• Apply coding and documentation for closures, settlements, and special handling.
• Process settlement approvals and update documentation within timelines.
• Handle account closures and verify required documentation.
• Manage special-handling claims per client instructions and compliance.
• Follow procedures and use multiple software systems efficiently.
• Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality in a high-volume environment.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and management to resolve issues.
• Communicate discrepancies or clarifications to supervisors.
• Participate in training and process-improvement efforts as workflows evolve.
