Blitt & Gaines, P.C. is seeking a Client Services Support Representative to review assigned accounts, determine the next actions, and ensure closures and settlements are handled accurately within client workflows.

The role focuses on compliance, timely processing, and high-volume accuracy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of following instructions, and able to collaborate across operations, compliance, and management to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Proficiency with computers, data-entry systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Prior experience in client services or admin roles preferred.
• Strong reliability and attendance.
• Ability to learn new systems and workflows quickly.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures precisely.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Review accounts and determine the next action quickly and accurately.
• Apply proper coding and documentation based on workflows for closures, settlements, and special handling.
• Process settlement approvals and follow-up actions within required timelines.
• Handle account closures, verify eligibility, and update system statuses.
• Manage special-handling claims per client instructions and compliance guidance.
• Follow documented procedures, training materials, and written instructions to apply steps consistently.
• Navigate multiple software systems and workflow tools efficiently.
• Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams including operations, compliance, and management to resolve issues.
• Communicate discrepancies or needed clarifications to supervisors and management.
• Participate in team training sessions and process-improvement efforts as workflows evolve.
• Ensure all work is completed reliably and within expected timelines.
