Responsibilities

• Review accounts and determine the next action quickly and accurately.
• Apply coding and documentation for closures, settlements, and special handling.
• Process settlement approvals and documentation updates within required timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and clarify instructions.
• Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
