Johnson Controls is seeking a qualified onsite coordinator to manage service operations and technician scheduling. You will align resources with customer needs, respond to inquiries, and ensure service completion within expected timeframes.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong organization, and effective communication with clients and internal teams. A 3–5 year background in service operations is preferred, with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Associate's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or inspection.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for internal and external communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with tact and persistence.
• Experience with project accounting or costing principles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer service requests from initiation to completion.
• Schedule and dispatch Technicians with guidance from Team Leads to maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with Service Team Manager to meet customer expectations and efficiency targets.
• Communicate action plans and services to customers and perform follow-ups as needed.
• Reconcile service requests daily and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare and participate in business reviews with critical account information and profitability data.
