Spectrum Metalcraft, a division of Vortex Companies, seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for clients and coordinate orders from intake to delivery. You will work closely with sales, production, and shipping to ensure timely, accurate information flow and top-notch service.

The role is full-time and on-site in Salina, KS, with standard hours, and potential overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in customer service.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing or engineering environments preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams; ensure timely communication on orders, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Process customer orders accurately and promptly, including updates and tracking.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback; provide resolutions or direct to appropriate departments.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures for efficiency.
