Spectrum Metalcraft, a division of Vortex Companies, seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to be the primary contact for clients and to ensure smooth information flow. You will collaborate across departments to manage orders, resolve inquiries, and maintain precise records.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, detail orientation, and a commitment to exceptional service in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. This on-site role offers standard hours with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related field.
• 1–3 years in customer service, preferably in manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Process customer orders accurately and provide updates and tracking.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and feedback with effective resolutions.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with sales, production and shipping to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in developing customer service policies for efficiency.
