Spectrum Metalcraft is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely order updates. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences through accurate order processing, effective issue resolution, and strong organizational practices.

Qualified candidates will have an associate degree, 1–3 years in customer service (manufacturing/engineering preferred), and proficiency with CRM

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
• 1-3 years in a customer service role, preferably in manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and team members.
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Liaise between customers and internal teams for orders, pricing, and delivery updates.
• Process customer orders accurately and promptly, including updates and tracking.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing resolutions or directing to appropriate departments.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures for efficiency.
