You will support pricing inquiries, quotations, order entry and cross-functional coordination with planning, production and sales to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation. The role emphasizes responsive service and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in customer service or order management.
• High school diploma required; business or sales training is a plus.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, email and web-based tools; ERP experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer focus.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Independent yet collaborative across departments.

Responsibilities

• Handle pricing questions, order progress, delivery timing and proofs of delivery.
• Create quotations and verify pricing, lead times and requirements.
• Prepare and enter customer orders, acknowledgments and packing docs.
• Coordinate with planning to confirm material availability and delivery dates.
• Process order revisions, returns, credits and replenishment requests.
• Develop specification docs from customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in business systems.
• Follow up after shipments and escalate issues when needed.
• Support sales with customer follow-up and administrative tasks.
• Build relationships with customers and internal partners.
