Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Sales Ops Service Manager-RBC/CNB Synergies in Madison, WI to provide day-to-day servicing for Relationship Manager/Banking Advisor clients and relieve them from account-specific operational responsibilities.

You will handle deposits, wires, mobile/online banking activities, resolve client inquiries, and identify cross-sell opportunities while maintaining sound risk controls and accurate information for high-quality service and client retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in client service, banking operations or banking relationship management support.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a banking or financial services environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with bank products and services (e.g. deposits, wealth management, cash management, international, etc.) required.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between the client and all areas of the bank; follow up to ensure completion and satisfaction.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints; take action to prevent future problems and handle overdraft-related follow-ups.
• Analyze client needs to cross-sell bank services; introduce clients to Wealth Management, International, and Treasury Management.
• Participate in cross-sell activities with Relationship Manager/Banking Advisor; maintain knowledge of bank products.
• Perform deposit operations, review deposits, approve checks, and process transfers within authority; support mobile/online banking inquiries.
