City National Bank seeks a Sales Ops Service Manager to provide day-to-day servicing for Relationship Manager/Banking Advisor clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying cross-sell opportunities. You will coordinate with various bank areas and manage deposits, wires, and online/mobile banking tasks to ensure excellent client service and retention.

The role emphasizes risk management, compliance, and knowledge of bank products, with a base salary range and bonus eligibility.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in client service, banking operations or banking relationship management support required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a banking or financial services environment required
• Minimum 5 years of experience with bank products and services (e.g. deposits, wealth management, cash management, international, etc.) required.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary liaison between client and all areas of the bank; follow up on requests to ensure completion and satisfaction.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints; contact clients regarding overdrafts and related problems; determine approach.
• Analyze client needs to cross-sell a wide variety of Bank services; introduce clients to appropriate bank areas.
• Participate in cross-sell activities with Relationship Manager/Banking Advisor as appropriate.
• Review deposits and approve/decline holds on funds within authority; process transfers and related transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of account activity; review reports daily to identify potential problems.
