Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of client service, banking operations or banking relationship management support.
• Minimum 5 years in a banking or financial services environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with bank products and services (deposits, wealth management, cash management, international, etc.).
• Excellent risk management knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of all phases of operations (installment loans, new accounts, loan payments, wires).
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Act as primary liaison between client and bank areas. Follow up to ensure completion and satisfaction.
• Resolve inquiries/complaints and prevent reoccurrence; contact clients regarding overdrafts.
• Analyze client needs to cross-sell Bank services and introduce to Wealth Management, International, Treasury Management.
• Participate in cross-sell activities with Relationship Manager/Banking Advisor.
• Perform deposit operations-related activities and review deposits.
• Approve checks for cashing and process transfers within authority.
• Review reports to identify potential problems and prevent financial loss.
• Escalate potential risk promptly when identified.
