TotalMed is seeking an Account Manager Liaison to support the Client Services team with job order management, submissions, and keeping client data accurate across systems. The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and a client-first mindset in a fast-paced healthcare staffing environment.

You will assist Account Managers, manage postings, gather documentation, and ensure a smooth submission process while delivering excellent customer service to internal partners and external clients.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of general office, administrative, or operational support experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily operations of Client Services by assisting with job order management and submissions.
• Maintain accurate client information across systems and vendor platforms.
• Post, refresh, and remove job postings; keep order statuses up to date.
• Gather and submit required documentation for nurse profiles and credentials.
• Provide desk support to Account Managers during high-volume periods.
• Serve as a secondary liaison between internal teams and client facility representatives.
