• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and families, answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Partner with caregivers, clinical team members, and office leadership to support service delivery and continuity of care.
• Coordinate referrals, intakes, and start-of-care activity, gathering information and facilitating smooth service starts.
• Maintain accurate client and service documentation using office systems for scheduling and reporting.
• Build and manage a caseload with focus on service consistency and office performance.
• Respond calmly to last-minute changes, call-outs, and urgent staffing needs.
