Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Client Services Delivery Representative to manage customer accounts and ensure SLAs are met. This role involves preparing status reports, updating schedules, and providing technical advice to the Account Manager.

You will handle order management, inventory updates, and support for both international and domestic clients. Responsibilities include creating deliveries, monitoring stock, troubleshooting orders with purchasing, and communicating delivery statuses to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Microsoft Office, with intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Create deliveries daily and monitor order processing.
• Monitor stock availability to ensure timely order clearance.
• Support account and purchasing teams in troubleshooting orders.
• Manage inventory updates, promotions, returns, and inbound planning.
• Communicate order status and delivery dates to customers.
• Prepare status reports for clients, management, and internal teams.
• Oversee accounts to ensure SLAs are met.
• Assist the Account Manager with data, advice, and problem solving.
• Participate in process improvements within the department.
• Contribute to business reviews with customers.
• Collaborate with operations to meet program requirements.
