Job summary

Canon USA on site leadership role overseeing staff scheduling and daily workflow. Responsible for generating daily/monthly department reports and supervising external vendor billing, while maintaining strong customer relationships and adherence to established policies.

Role involves monitoring workflow, quality control of shift work, data entry, and supervising site records and inventory. Requires 6+ years of related experience and ability to obtain necessary clearances.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required, plus 6+ years of related experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Must be able to obtain security/other clearances required by customers.
• May require driving between multiple client locations with a valid license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site by organizing, scheduling staff, and managing daily workflow.
• Oversee generation of daily and monthly department reports and vendor billing.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure policy adherence.
• Monitor workflow processes and ensure quality control of shift work.
• Perform data entry and supervise site records and inventory.
