Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in the retail, hospitality, or beauty industries.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote our extensive range of services and upsell treatments or products when possible.
• Provide cost estimates and wait times before scheduling an appointment.
• Help with general cleaning to keep our retail space looking great.
