Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a full-time Client Services Host to keep the shop running smoothly and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will answer calls, schedule treatments, upsell services, and provide estimates while maintaining a clean, welcoming retail space.

The role requires friendly, professional interaction with clients, a team mindset, and the ability to work weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or beauty.
• Ability to communicate clearly over the phone and in person.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, schedule treatments, and respond to questions.
• Promote services and upsell treatments or products when possible.
• Provide cost estimates and wait times before scheduling appointments.
• Perform general cleaning to keep the retail space presentable.
