Floyd’s 99 Barbershop in Aurora, CO is seeking a full-time Client Services Host to keep the day running smoothly and ensure seamless service for clients. The role includes answering phones, scheduling treatments, upselling services or products, providing cost estimates and wait times, and helping with light cleaning to maintain a welcoming shop environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in the retail, hospitality, or beauty industries.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fantastic communication skills both over the phone and in person.
• Strong collaboration with a team.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and schedule treatments.
