Floyd's 99 Barbershop in La Grange, IL is hiring a full-time Client Services Host to keep our shop running smoothly. You will handle calls, schedule treatments, and provide cost estimates while promoting services and products with a positive, professional attitude.

The role requires 2+ years of customer service experience in retail/hospitality/beauty, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and evenings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or beauty industries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent phone and in-person communication; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Schedule treatments and provide cost estimates and wait times.
• Upsell treatments or products when appropriate.
• Assist customers with service explanations and bookings.
• Help with general cleaning to keep the retail space presentable.
