Responsibilities

Keep the shop running smoothly and ensure we efficiently serve our customers. With an upbeat and professional attitude, you:

• Answer phone calls, schedule treatments, and respond to questions
• Promote our range of services and upsell treatments or products when possible
• Provide cost estimates and wait times before scheduling appointments
• Assist with general cleaning to maintain a clean retail space

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or beauty
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to communicate over the phone and in person
• Commitment to helping others and working with a team
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
