City National Bank in El Segundo, CA, seeks a Client Officer to support the Client Manager in supervising branch operations, client service, and internal sales activities. You will help ensure regulatory compliance, manage schedules, and coach staff while identifying cross-sell opportunities.

The role emphasizes servicing client transactions, risk management, and collaboration with partners to retain clients and grow profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a banking environment required.
• Minimum 2 years of basic computer experience (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• SAFE Act Registration. Must be in good standing under The Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and registered/licensed with NMLS; or must be able to be registered under the Safe Act

Responsibilities

• Upholds branch operational integrity and cash handling responsibilities.
• Coaches sales/service colleagues and supports risk management.
• Promotes cross-selling and partnerships to meet branch goals.
