Opensity Solutions in Palo Alto, CA is seeking a Service Specialist to join our team. You will provide mail, print, hospitality, and reception support, greeting visitors and routing calls professionally. The role includes ensuring conference rooms and common areas are well maintained and stocked, with opportunities to assist facilities tasks as needed.

The position operates Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm in Palo Alto, CA, with a pay range of 24–28 USD per hour and potential annual bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs or more.
• Ability to grasp, lift, or carry packages up to 75 lbs with a wheeled cart.

Responsibilities

• Manage mail services including metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages.
• Produce copies, prints, and scans per written instructions.
• Greet visitors, answer calls, and route to appropriate staff.
• Coordinate hospitality services for client conference rooms, guest offices and kitchens; keep rooms stocked and ready.
• Organize and distribute client kitchen supplies; maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain copy room stock and general supplies; assist with basic daily facilities tasks.
• Support small office moves and communicate with client contacts about building/equipment concerns.
