Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Customer Service & Estimating Representative to serve as the primary contact among customers, sales, estimating, purchasing, and internal operations. You will manage customer orders, documentation, and communications throughout the order lifecycle while cross-training in estimating processes to support centralized estimating.

Role requires accuracy, timely delivery, and professional service with multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer orders and acknowledge receipt.
• Validate pricing, specifications, and order details against quotes and records.
• Enter and maintain orders in company systems and issue acknowledgments.
• Coordinate materials, artwork, and production requirements with internal teams.
• Prepare documentation and release work to operations with accurate records.
• Communicate order status and resolve issues with customers and internal teams.
• Cross-train on estimating systems and prepare assigned estimates and revisions.
• Support pricing, margin, and value analysis for quotations.
• Maintain professional customer relationships and manage multiple accounts and orders.
• Follow safety, quality, and record-retention policies.
