Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a dedicated Customer Service Associate to assist internal and external customers with questions on products and specifications. You will communicate with customers daily by email and phone, maintain records, and help set up new accounts and pricing.

Collaboration with other departments ensures orders ship on time and issues are resolved promptly. The role requires a HS diploma/GED and at least 2 years of customer service experience, with AS400 experience preferred.

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• AS400 experience required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via email, phone, in person, and fax to handle tasks courteously and promptly.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Set up new accounts and pricing for customers.
• Assist coworkers in resolving work issues and order setup.
• Process and track orders to ensure timely shipping.
• Coordinate with management to stay updated on product knowledge and pricing.
