Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service across the full customer lifecycle. You will process orders accurately, assist internal and external stakeholders, and help ensure smooth check-in and office operations.

You will coordinate with production and cross‑functional teams, monitor order statuses, manage invoices and EDI transactions, and support continuous improvements in processes and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional education in business, customer service, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Experience with ERP/order-management systems and EDI is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer, visitor, and office support across the customer lifecycle.
• Process purchase orders and invoices using Ross, Sage50, TrueCommerce, and EDI platforms.
• Validate pricing on POs and escalate discrepancies when needed.
• Ensure timely order confirmations via EDI and email.
• Monitor order fulfillment timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Track freight, respond to inquiries, and manage shipping delays.
• Maintain documentation and data accuracy in internal systems; support product attributes and COA/COI records.
• Support continuous improvement and backup for team functions.
