Saddle Creek Logistics Services is hiring a Client Services Coordinator in Joliet, IL to support client relationships and coordinate daily logistics activity. This role acts as a liaison between clients and Saddle Creek, handling inquiries, tracking issues, and providing timely status updates.

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma or GED, six months of customer service experience, and familiarity with warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• Associates’ Degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least six months of customer service experience.
• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers professionally and in writing.
• Support client relationships by acting as a liaison.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Coordinate and track client requests and issues.
• Prepare and share service reports with clients.
• Assist with client implementations and enhancements.
