Job summary

Saddle Creek Corporation is seeking a Client Service Coordinator (CSC) to provide high-quality client experiences and serve as a liaison between clients and Saddle Creek. You will assist clients across issues, questions, and enhancements using various systems while maintaining effective relationships with associates, agencies, and the public.

Qualifications

• Associates’ Degree preferred for the role.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Six months of customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with the customer professionally in writing and verbally.
• Support client relationships by acting as an extension of the client's business.
• Build rapport with partners, set expectations, and provide status updates.
• Assist clients with questions, research issues, and provide solutions.
• Enter, review, coordinate and track progress on client requests.
• Identify process improvements to enhance the client experience.
