Job summary

You will help schedule appointments and ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual channels. The role requires a friendly, organized person who can multi-task in a fast-paced office, maintain a clean workspace, and support the team with basic office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
