H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer calls, and connect them with the right tax professional.

You will help schedule appointments and ensure a smooth, personalized experience for each client. In a fast-paced office, you will stay organized, multi-task across in-person, phone, and virtual inquiries, and contribute to a clean, welcoming environment.

Formación

• Experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients as they would like to be scheduled.
• Help ensure all clients needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization with the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
