Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Louisville, KY is seeking a Client Service Representative to act as the primary link between clients and laboratory operations, handling inquiries via email and phone to ensure smooth receipt, entry, testing, reporting and billing of routine samples.

You will interpret technical information, manage stakeholder requirements, support sales in bids, and onboard opportunities to ensure timely project execution with accurate updates and billing.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn; Eurofins offers training.
• Experience in GMP or pharmaceutical environment preferred.
• Experience communicating technical information to clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary link between client and lab operations.
• Answer emails and calls to resolve issues and support billing.
• Interpret technical information and manage stakeholder requirements.
• Provide project updates and obtain feedback on scope.
• Collaborate with Sales and BD to onboard opportunities and set up projects.
• Support team to meet department and company goals.
• Elevate issues to management when services deviate.
