Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Securities Services seeks a Client Service Manager – VP to own the client book and ensure high satisfaction. You will coordinate internal resources, lead governance, and manage service levels through KPIs and RAG ratings while building strong client relationships.

You will oversee global initiatives, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery for institutional clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in financial services servicing institutional clients.
• Strong knowledge of Global Custody and/or Hedge/Private Fund services.
• 3–5 years of direct people management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Sound judgment and decision-making for client JPM decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and serve as the escalation contact for JPM stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings, update clients on product and system enhancements, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Establish governance structures and monitor KPIs and RAG ratings for all products.
• Drive reduction of billing errors and carrying costs.
• Provide oversight and deliver global initiatives handled by the team.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the team.
